Entropy is a daily cryptogram game that utilizes a simple substitution cypher.
Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, but the cypher is unique to you (for instance, "APPLE" could be encrypted as BXXMO for you but CJJYF for me).
Increase or decrease the difficulty, customize the layout, and set cookie preferences.
The puzzle leaves punctuation marks unencrypted for a little extra help.

Entropy is a daily word puzzle where a short message, inspired by a real news headline, has been scrambled using a “simple substitution cipher.”
The goal is to unscramble the puzzle one letter at a time to reveal the hidden message.
The rules are always the same:
Some substitutions will be more obvious than others.
A letter by itself will almost always be "A".
Some substitutions will be more obvious than others.
A letter following an apostrophe will almost always be "S".
Letters used in many words are easier to solve than letters used only once.
